A service that we take great pride in performing is transferring
your old home movies (8 MM, Super 8 MM, and 16 MM film) to video.
We take great care because we recognize that this will probably
be the last time your film is run.
 Transferring your old home movies to video is as much an art as
it is a science. It is an art because the technician must hand splice,
clean, and monitor each reel of film to get the best possible transfer.
It is a science because it takes special equipment to do the job
correctly. We have the technicians and the equipment to provide
you with an exceptional production.
The video can be stored on VHS tape or DVD. VHS tape lasts about 15 years and DVDs are made to last 100 years. We are recommending DVD because of the superior image quality and its longevity.
How To Prepare:
To prepare an order simply get the reels in the best order that
you can. Look for dates or events on/in the reels and cases and
number them chronologically.
Each order includes an opening title (more titles can
be purchased).
Each film order includes appropriate music. Our audio technician
has an extensive audio sound effects collection and will make your
film come alive!
